Dani MacKenzie is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist through the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in Vancouver, BC. She is part of the team at RePose and works as a nutritional consultant, teacher and healing foods chef. She has extensive certification/background/and has trained under experts in areas of:
Chronic Illness (Autoimmunity)
Whole Food Education
As the environment of the modern world is vastly different than it has ever been, Dani believes our approach to health must reflect the impact these changes are having on our physical bodies and mental well-being. She bases her work on the healing powers inherent in the food the earth grows, as these foods provide the crucial elements our bodies need to be nourish, cleansed, revitalized, restored. These healing foods have been with us since the beginning of time and are capable of redirecting the disease process toward health as well as maintaining the homeostatic happiness our bodies and minds are meant to enjoy. Her work is based on the powerful reality that these foods are taking care of us. A new education is dawning on what these foods are doing for us, which, ultimately is providing a path toward healing in ways we never thought possible.
Dani works with clients who are dealing with different kinds of physical and mental health issues. She has a special interest in autoimmune conditions (there are too many to list but some examples are type 1 diabetes, Crohn’s, celiac, arthritis, etc.), ASD, ADHD/ADD, mood issues, anxiety, depression, cravings, weight, type 2 diabetes, fatigue and overall digestive/gut health .
